Over 70 Scholarships Opportunities Available

Scholarships at the Community Foundation are offered to students living in the Richmond region and other Virginia locations. Each scholarship was established by a generous individual, family, or organization with a desire to assist high school students, recent high school graduates, and adult learners to continue their education.

Scholarship Directory

We offer scholarship opportunities for students at every stage of their path to a postsecondary degree. Graduating high school seniors in the Richmond region and across Virginia, including the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula, can apply, as can recent graduates and adult learners. Each scholarship supports students who plan to enroll in the next academic year.

Complete Universal Application
Complete the universal application, answering a series of questions that will populate an application profile.

Renew or Reapply

Some of our scholarships offer the opportunity to renew or reapply for an additional year of support.   You will receive information via email (to the email address we have on file in our online system) in early January with instructions to submit your application.
