In addition to the Market President role, Victor also serves as the Market Executive for Richmond. As Market Executive for Richmond since 2003, Victor has worked with local Bank of America leaders to shape our strategy for delivering one company in the Richmond market.

Charlie Agee retired in 2017 as Director of Corporate Citizenship for Altria Group in Richmond, after having served in leadership roles for Altria for over 32 years. In his most recent position, he was responsible for directing corporate philanthropy, community relations, and employee community involvement programs for the Altria Group family of companies. At the time of his retirement, he was responsible for annual charitable giving of over $50 million.

During his tenure at Shamin Hotels, the company has received numerous awards and recognitions including the Developer of the Year from Intercontinental Hotels Group and the Multi-Brand Developer of the Year, New Build/Adaptive Reuse of the Year, and the Lifetime Achievement Award from Hilton Hotels.

Founded in 2003, Matt has overseen the growth of Monument Consulting’s Contingent Labor Management service offering from its start-up phase through its ongoing global expansion with nearly $1 Billion of labor spend under management. His primary and preferred role is to oversee the many relationships of the company with its Fortune 500 clients, its partner suppliers and most of all, the Monument associates.
Prior to founding Monument, Matt served as the Director of Business Development with Richmond-based Whitlock eBusiness Solutions. His first nearly 10 years in business were spent at ADP leading sales and management roles throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
Over the years, Matt has prioritized his philanthropic interests primarily involved with The Virginia Make-A-Wish Foundation, The American Heart Association, The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Trinity Episcopal School, St. Bridget School and St. Bridget Church. Matt moved to Richmond in 1988 to attend the University of Richmond, graduating in 1992 from UR’s E. Claiborne Robins School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. U of R is also where met his wife of 23 years, Susan. They have three children, Jack, Charlie and Sophie.

Tom Barkin is the president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, where he is responsible for monetary policy, bank supervision, payment services, and the Fed’s National IT organization. He serves as a voting member on the Fed’s chief monetary policy body – the Federal Open Market Committee – and he is continually “on the ground” in the Fed’s Fifth District, which covers South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, DC, West Virginia and Maryland. His engagement in the region has brought real attention to areas facing economic challenges.

Caprice Bragg, Executive Deputy Director and Chief Administrative Officer, joined the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in 2018. With more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Bragg’s extensive background includes senior leadership roles in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the Cleveland Foundation. Bragg also practiced law in Cleveland. Caprice was named one of Virginia Business Magazine’s Women in Leadership Awards (2024).

Since then, WCG has garnered clients such as Capital One and Dominion Energy. Foster has earned awards such as the Mike Hughes Advertising Person of the Year and, recently, the Virginia Black Business Leader Award.

Manju Ganeriwala served as Treasurer of the Commonwealth of Virginia from January 2009 through June 2022. She was first appointed as Treasurer by Governor Kaine in 2009 and then reappointed by each administration in succession, including Governor Younkin in 2022. As Treasurer, she oversaw the investment of public funds; issuance of municipal bonds and management of state debt; provision of banking services and administration of the state’s risk management and unclaimed property programs.

Krissy is also a senior advisor for Derive Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on advancements in the travel, hospitality and leisure space.

Kristina Koutrakos is the Director of Portfolio Strategy for the Virginia Retirement System. The VRS invests approximately $120 billion for public sector employees in the Commonwealth. Kristina is responsible for identifying and implementing cross-asset class investment ideas within the Plan’s portfolio. She manages absolute return and multi-asset portfolios for the Plan and is a member of the VRS Management Committee. Through her work, she interacts with asset managers, research firms, and investment companies around the world. Kristina has been an investor in the asset management industry for over two decades.
Prior to joining the VRS, she founded Kyria Capital Management to develop research and deploy capital to women-run alternative investment firms. Previously, she was a Managing Director and Investment Strategist for a multi-family office. Kristina began her career in fixed income portfolio management and was a portfolio manager at Western Asset and BlackRock. Kristina is a CAIA charterholder and the former chapter head for the Washington, DC Chapter. She serves on the board for the International Centre for Pension Management and is also a member of the Milken Institute’s Global Capital Markets Advisory Council. Kristina earned a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.

As the corporate secretary for Dominion Energy’s Board of Directors and as Chief of Staff for the company’s Chair and CEO, overseeing governance, shareholder relations and organizational design.

She has launched several impact-driven initiatives, including the expansion of original education programming with a focus on children in underserved communities and an increase in digital storytelling. She also manages the stewardship and advancement of an endowment to ensure the future of public media in the Commonwealth for years to come.

She also brings her enthusiastic support for the Richmond area and a desire to see the University continue to serve the educational needs of the Richmond community. She previously served as Superintendent of Schools for Hanover County.
